This notice explains the consent requested on GreenPower’s commercial and industrial energy enquiry form.

What you consent to

By selecting the consent checkbox and continuing, you authorise GreenPower Overseas Limited to use the information you provide to review your energy needs, respond to your enquiry, contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp, and arrange an assessment or proposal where appropriate.

Information covered

Your consent covers the name, organisation, phone number, location, facility type, objectives and other details you choose to provide. Please do not submit confidential technical, financial or personal information that is not needed for the initial enquiry.

WhatsApp step

Submitting the website form prepares a WhatsApp message and opens it for your review. The message is not sent until you choose to send it in WhatsApp. Once sent, WhatsApp also processes the message under its own terms and privacy practices.

Your choice

Consent is voluntary, but GreenPower needs enough contact and project information to respond to the enquiry. You may choose not to submit the form and instead call 0700 702 2222.

Withdraw consent

You may withdraw consent or request correction or deletion by emailing info@greenpowernig.com. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not invalidate lawful processing completed before your request. Legal or business records may still be retained where required.
